How Zepia works

Zepia helps site-safety coordinators (SiGeKo) turn a site inspection into a clean inspection report fast. You capture on site, the AI drafts, you review and approve.

Four steps

1. Capture. On site, take photos and voice notes in the Zepia app. Each one becomes a finding.
2. Analyse. Zepia describes the hazard, suggests an action, and cites the matching regulation (DGUV, TRBS, ArbSchG, BaustellV, …).
3. Review. You check every draft, edit it if needed, and approve it.
4. Report. All approved findings become the report, as PDF or Word, with your logo.

Teal	Reviewed and approved by you.
Red	Imminent danger (Gefahr in Verzug).
